About the Rome Cleaver

Designed for Norwegian snowboarder Ståle Sandbech, the Cleaver are Rome's most powerful bindings ever and come loaded with a stellar range of high-end tech.

The high-back and baseplate are made from carbon-infused nylon which makes these bindings extremely powerful. Rome has also used their DuraCush material in the sub-base pad to reduce chatter and improve shock absorption. They've also used their Fullwrap platform in the Cleaver, giving them maximum energy transfer thanks to this super-sturdy chassis. The Proflex injection-moulded ankle strap is highly durable and moulds to the contours of your boot, giving you a great locked-in feel. Along with the Progrip toe straps, you get bindings with a truly unmatched hold.

If all that's not enough, Rome also allows for their trademark customisation with the Pivotmount Max system, allowing you to finetune your bindings by altering the angle of the ankle straps. With the Cleaver, you also have the ability to rotate and alter the canting of the high-back, allowing for different levels of performance depending on your riding style. The adjustable baseplate has been created to fit the widest range of boot sizes possible.
