About the Roxa RX Tour

The RX Tour is a top of the range touring boot from Roxa. It uses premium materials such as Grilamid and Carbon to reduce the weight as much as possible, and as a result each boot only weighs in just over 1kg. The RX Tour is build around a slim 99mm last width, this boot is aimed for advanced to expert riders with a touring ski set up who will benefit from a more secure slimmer fitting boot to aid performance both uphill and downhill.

The RX Tour uses the U75 Tour Liner, a lightweight liner with outstanding performance built to be perfect for any back country excursion. This anatomical liner uses Roxa's Ultralon foam renowned for its superior thermoforming ability, high level of insulation and excellent durability. The U75 Liner is made with a back flex notch that makes for a more natural walking motion, furthermore the area between the heel and the toes as well as the tongue is 75% heat mouldable to provide the most comfortable fit.

The RX Tour is packed full of features specifically for touring. The first is carbon ski-hike mode found on the back of the cuff just above the heel. This lightweight and strong ski/hike cuff lock mechanism allows up to 62 degrees range of motion when in hike mode, perfectly suited to taking on the steepest ascents before blasting back down. The boot has an ergonomic buckle cable system which reduces bulk and thus overall weight but also can adapt to the changes in the boot shell for a perfect fit both ascending and descending the mountain. Finally the RX Tour is certified to work with tech/pin binding set ups such as Dynafit or Marker Kingpin bindings, to continue the trend of keeping the users whole touring set up as light as possible.
