About the SILVA Map Case

The Silva Map Case is designed to house and protect maps and navigation aids from rain, wind and dust and operates at temperatures between -20 and +60 °C.

The watertight zip lock is very easy to open and close and a watertight seal ensures that your map is kept in perfectly good nick. Transparent on both sides, the Map Case has been designed with efficiency in mind so you do not have to take out your map if you want to see its opposite side, whilst electronics can be easily used through the cover whilst staying dry.

In-built lanyards come in 1:25, and 1:50 scales and are soft and bendable, easy to place directly on to your map to help determine distances. Small corner openings make it possible to attach the case to your pack, a neck strap enables hands-free use, and a hook-and-loop strap along the short sides means you can fold it in half.
