The MS Wildfire Edge GTX from Salewa is an all-round approach shoe perfect for hikers and scramblers that offers phenomenal grip on wet and dry terrain.

The suede leather upper is manufactured with EXA Shell technology, where a robust mesh creates an injected 3D cage over the foot. This ballistic mesh combined with 3F system wrapping offers improved torsional stability ensuring the midfoot is supported to combat improper flexing of the arch. This enables a smooth heel to ball transition. The MS Wildfire Edge is lined with a waterproof Gore-Tex membrane to ensure your feet stay dry regardless of what nature throws at you.

The Salewa Wildfire Edge GTX features a POMOCA Speed MTN sole, made from a Butylic compound rubber to deliver improved grip in both wet and dry conditions ideal for the all-weather scrambler. In addition, aggressive lugs on the tread offer greater traction on oversaturated soil, so regardless of the terrain you’ll be able to move safely.

Lacing runs the length of the upper to the toe-box, similar to that found on climbing shoes. This encompasses the forefoot thus allowing one the ability to fine-tune the climbing-zone for greater precision on technical terrain.
