Constructed using Salomon's unique In-Mold Shell construction which blends an in-mold shell with their patented EPS 4D base, which absorbs and disperses oblique and vertical shocks and is effective against both straight-on and glancing impacts. This construction allows Salomon to reduce the weight and profile of the helmet without compromising on safety or performance.

The Pioneer Visor also features Salomon's Custom Dial Fit system to fine tune the fit for superior comfort and protection every time.

The Advancedskin lining gives an incredibly comfortable feel whilst also providing climate control, managing moisture and, alongside the active ventilation, regulating your temperature. The liner and faux fur earpads are removable and washable.
