About the Scarpa Gecko

The Gecko approach shoe from Scarpa is ideal for fast moving and precise climbs and descents. The vibram sole combined with various other features give the Gecko excellent traction and grip for all your approach and Via ferrata needs.

Scarpa have made the upper from a water-resistant suede as it enables the Gecko to tackle the wet English weather. The Heel tension system is applied to add support around the upper part of the boot and to enhance overall stability and adaptability whilst the dual density midsole adds cushioning without sacrificing the ultra-stable feel.

The Gecko has a low center of gravity, it absorbs impacts and clings to rocks due to the use of Activ Impact technology and a Vibram reptilla HG sole construction.
