The Mojito Bio Approach Shoe from Scarpa is the first 100% biodegradable Scarpa product. At the of life, the Mojito Bio has zero impact on the environment. After 450 days into the soil, the absorption is already at 85%. Kind to Mother Nature and perfect for the adventure.

The Mojito Bio’s sole unit consists of a rugged yet ethical Spyder Bio sole that comes in two components. Featuring a vegetable-based EVA midsole, obtained from sugar cane, the Mojito Bio will provide next level support in a completely natural way. The outsole is made of a biodegradable natural rubber which ensures excellent grip and durability compared to synthetic rubber.

The upper is made using yarn obtained from the synthesis of bamboo. This is woven with kit technology to create an all-natural upper that looks and feel amazing. The Mojito Bio’s construction is carried out using only water-based, non-polluted adhesives. All other components have a vegetable base. From the shoes themselves to the packaging that’s made with recycled paper!
