Built for 4-season camping and backpacking, the Sea To Summit Comfort Plus XT (extra thick) Insulated Mat features high-resolution Air Sprung Cells across two separate layers - one on top and one on the bottom.

Each layer can be pressurised independently using the fine-tune valve to suit your comfort level and ground type. This lets you adjust the top layer to suit your personal comfort while maintaining a firmer feel for the base. It also means that should one layer become punctured the other will remain fully functional to see you through the night.

A 40D Ripstop nylon top creates a durable yet soft touch sleeping surface with a super cosy 426 (rectangular version) Air Sprung Cells for full-body support.

Insulation is provided by Thermolite® which delivers a high warmth-to-weight ratio and works to prevent convective heat loss between you and the ground. A thin metallised layer applied to the surface (Exkin Platinum®) adds further warmth by reflecting radiant heat loss back to the user for added thermal insulation.

Sea to Summit's own blend of TPU coating provides a construction that's vastly superior to roll-to-roll lamination used in all other outdoor products. This TPU features an anti-microbial treatment to prevent mould or fungal growth inside the mattress. The anti-microbial treatment means you can go ultra-light and inflate with your breath.

For those looking for added convenience, all Sea to Summit ASC sleeping mats come with an airstream pump sack/stuff sack and repair kit with self-adhesive patches, and a spare silicone one-way valve flap. It also includes the new Pillow Lock system allowing you to secure compatible STS pillows for a slip-free sleep (pillow sold separately).
