The Sidas 3Feet Outdoor Low is a hiking/walking insole designed to provide vertical support and comfort whilst partaking in outdoor activities. This particular insole is specifically made for those with low arches - the shell has a height of 2.8cm under the arch to promote correct body alignment and evenly distribute pressure on the foot.

The 3Feet Outdoor Low features a layer of foam under the ball of the foot as well a foam pad under the heel. This provides maximum cushioning for active feet that enjoy long hikes. In addition to this, the perforations on the top of the insole allow your feet to breathe and maintain a comfortable temperature.
