The Softie Expansion series gives you a light and compact tapered bag with optional width expander for 3 season travel and camping adventures where night temperatures may dip below freezing.

The Softie Expansion 3 features a unique elasticated expander zone built into the zip baffle which allows you to increase the sleeping bag's width to suit both user and conditions. For cooler weather, the expander zone stows to become a zip baffle for added insulation. The Softie's innovative design includes a small LED torch built into the hood which can be removed before washing. This ensures a light source is always close to hand.

A Paratex® Micro shell gives you a soft yet robust outer fabric that's both windproof and water-resistant. Snugpak's exclusive synthetic Softie® filling utilises superfine yarns bound with special resins to produce a luxurious down-like feel. These high-loft fibres retain heat while compressing to a travel-friendly size of just 26 x 22 cm. The inner material includes Reflectatherm; a metallised fabric designed to retain and direct heat back to the user for added warmth and comfort.

Additional features include a shaped footbox with a thermal suede lining to keep your feet cosy, an anti-snag zipper, a draft-excluding snug-fit hood and clips that allow you to custom adjust the length to suit.
