So iLL climbing shoes have blown up in the US and we are happy to bring them across the pond for UK climbers to get a piece of the action.

The Ladies Runner LV (low volume) climbing shoes are designed with old school running shoe styles in mind. Reminiscent of trainers and serving the same purpose, the Runner features an outer upper with plenty of breathable mesh. The shoe is made with synthetic materials and will therefore be subject to minimum stretch.

Although the low volume Runner is designed with women's (generally) lower volume feet in mind, it does not exclude men with narrower feet who want a tighter fit so check out the sizing recommendations at the bottom to get fitted.

Aimed at intermediate to advanced climbers, the Runner LV has a medium stiffness highly downturned toe which provides precision in technical or steep overhung climbing. Its fish-hook thin midsole enhances edging power for gym and outdoor climbing. A padded tongue adds ultimate comfort and a triple velcro closure will ensure the perfect fit every time.

The Runner LV is made with So iLL's specially sourced Dark Matter Rubber which was originally designed as a sticky sole for military grade shoes. If the rubber is good enough for the Navy Seals on their approaches, it's definitely good enough to push you up a grade or two!

The most exciting part of the Runner LV is the unique colour of the rubber, something only So iLL have pioneered - it's green and turquoise! What?!
