The Leader GTX is one of Spyder's flagship ski jackets, constantly standing out as one of the bestsellers ever.

One of the main reasons for the Leader's popularity is probably because it's so packed with comfy, convenient technology. The fabric features a Stretch Polyester Plain Weave 2L with a GORE-TEX® Laminate, which has been treated with a PFC-Free Durable Water Repellant and has fully taped seams to keep you dry all day out on the mountain. Inside, the targeted interior stretch panels allow for better mobility while a removable snow skirt and spacer mesh padding on the shoulders combine to make the Leader GTX a crazy-comfortable and versatile jacket.

When it comes to keeping you toasty warm, Spyder has used a mammoth 100g of PrimaLoft® Silver ECO Insulation to give you warmth without bulk, while also keeping the weight low. Water resistance and superior softness are a given with the Leader, while the breathability comes in the form of an underarm ventilation system there to make sure you can regulate your temperature when the weather turns or during more intense activity.

On top of the high-end fabric and insulation, Spyder has included all of the extras you need for your alpine adventures. There's a removable and adjustable helmet-compatible hood, YKK® AquaGuard® front, hand and chest pockets zippers, a secure data card pocket, an internal zippered pocket, mesh goggle pocket with chamois lens wipe, together with handy adjustable cuffs with interior stretch gaiters.
