Cons: Whilst the Yoga Mat is malleable similar like memory foam. It shreds or gets damaged far too easily. It receives damage to the surface with ease - I wore some simple light weight cushioned exercise socks that have grip / tread on them to perform a workout the first time I used it and managed to damage / shred bits off from the surface of the Yoga Mat after the first 10mins or use. It is just far too soft. Next to no durability, any hint of friction or aggressive movement on the Yoga Mat causes surface damage. I would recommend bare foot use only is a must for this Yoga Mat.
