The Taurus pitches fly and canopy together with a simple tripod pole architecture for optimized space and weight savings. The drawn forward dome shape keeps the foot area low for an aerodynamic profile while the head and apse area are at sitting height. Angled poles in the foot area and additional pins in the flysheet further optimise internal space for on-trail comfort.

Inside, there's room enough for two people with a single door for access. A front vestibule gives you added space for storage and food prep. A rain-protected ventilation system is regulated via a 4-way zip at the tent entrance which can be opened from both sides, in both directions – from above or below.

A durable 75D PU coated flysheet provides 3000mm hydrostatic head with 70D and 5000mm waterproofing in the floor. High-quality Yunan aluminium poles provide stability while a PVC-free construction gives this tent an added eco-friendly design.

Includes tough footprint to help keep groundwater at bay and guard your built-in groundsheet against dirt and damage from rocks, debris, and other sharp objects. Each Vaude ground cloth is tailored to fit the corresponding model of tent to save you from carrying any excess weight.
