The 80/60gm Polyfill insulation will keep the wind chill away and if you're still feeling cold, sink your hands into the Brushed Tricot handwarmer pockets. The adjustable cinch hood comes with a high collar that will help keep the wind off your face and neck and with a suede chin guard you wont have to worry about chafing.
