Made from first grade, high density non-toxic EVA foam, this brick is extremely lightweight,weighing only 190 grams making it easy to transport to and from the gym or yoga studio. It has beveled edges for superior grip, and is also designed to be non-slip, guaranteeing support and stability whilst stretching. There is a core line running through the middle of the brick, this adds shock absorption.
