About the Deuter Futura 25 SL

The Deuter Futura 25 SL is a fully featured women's hiking bag with plenty of compartments and a range of internal pockets for compartmentalisation and organisation of your gear.

The Futura 25 SL is constructed from a combination of Deuter fabrics and recycled raw materials. Deuter strive for sustainability and environmental protection with their fabrics and manufacturing processes, 50% of the yarn used is from recycled raw materials and the main material of the Futura series are Bluesign certified.

The Deuter Aircomfort System utilises a mesh backing that sits flush onto the back for reduced sweating by up to 25%. The elastic spring steel frame provides flexibility while retaining durability and stable tension allowing to effectively transfer weight into the hip belts for load bearing comfort. This semi geodesic frame provides the backing for Deuter’s patented 3-sided ventilation system.

Deuter's Slim line or Short Length packs are designed in collaboration with the female ambassadors to offer an improved tailored fit for the athletic female figure. The SL range also suits slender men and youth who have shorter torsos and slender frames.

The SL line ActiveFit shoulder straps provide an enhanced fit around the upper body, where shorter and narrower shoulder straps accommodate the shorter physique. Pressure points are reduced to combat any chafing whilst a contoured “S” shape conforms around sensitive areas and hug the pack to the user. The tapered shape of the hip belt combined with anchor points that slant upwards further add to the tailoring of the SL line towards the female anatomy whilst ergonomic fins hug into the hip-belts reducing the excess space between the user and the backpack.

On top of that the Stabiliser shoulder strap tech and Pull Forward belt system allows the user to cinch the load forward for weight to be distributed parallel to the spinal cord for vertical load bearing comfort. This ensures the pack has an anatomically stable fit, paramount for all day comfort.

External pockets on the side provide easy access for water bottles or maps whilst compression straps allow the pack volume to be cinched down to increase stability. Trekking pole loops are available to facilitate the transportation of poles when they aren't in use. An integrated rain cover protects your gear from rain and mud and is housed comfortably under the bag and the pack is compatible with hydration systems up to 3 litres.
