The Atomic Bent Chetler 120 has been constantly evolving. The latest installment looks like it should be hung on a wall to be admired but don't be fooled by the artwork, this ski is full of design and features the most advanced tech at Atomic's disposal to redefine what's possible in big mountain terrain.
A dura cap sidewall construction combined with the revolutionary HRZN tech offers more surface area in the tip and tail making the skis easier to direct through chop and crud with less tip deflection. A light wood core made from poplar that has been reinforced with a Carbon Backbone keeps the ski playful without reducing the stiffness and strength.
The powder rocker profile is designed for plenty of float and a playful nature off-piste and the slight camber underfoot offers performance in deep turns and side hits. The overall design of this ski is with fun and powder in mind to make the best deep days even better.
HRZN Technology - Atomic's Horizon technology improves the ski's ability to track through chopped snow and adds 10% surface area to increase float
Light Wood Core - A full length Poplar wood core keeps the ski lively and responsive without being too heavy
Carbon Backbone - An ultra light carbon insert that runs the length of the ski provides agility and edge hold with no extra weight
Dura Cap Sidewall - A full sidewall brings excellent levels of grip and power to the ski
Directional Shape - A directional shape brings with it strong levels of power underfoot and in the tail whilst the nose is soft for presses and butters
Powder Rocker Profile - 40% camber underfoot brings pop and power whilst 30% nose rocker and 30% tail rocker provides excellent float and manoeuvrability
