About the Bataleon Party Wave

The Bataleon Party Wave is no ordinary all-mountain snowboard, it has been specially designed to ride on and off-piste with the added benefit of riding 5-10cm shorter than your all-mountain board for maximum fun and maximum performance.

The Party Wave has Directional 3BT, which incorporates a narrower flat section at the nose with larger side base angles which improve the board's powder float. This board also rips groomers and hard packs with its grippy camber profile & manoeuvrable tapered shape. All of these key shape & profile attributes combined with its medium flex make it even more manoeuvrable on the steeps & in the pow.

The board uses Pop Core construction with full poplar wood and beech hardwood laid along the inserts from tip to tail to stiffen the spine to produce more pop while offering a soft lateral flex for quicker and easier turn initiations, perfect for progressing riders. The combination of Hyper Glide S is Bataleon's standard sintered base that’s durable and fast when you keep it waxed. The Bi-axial laminate fibre glass layers add more responsive edge-to-edge power transfer allowing quick response and ripping turns through the trees & charging through the powder whilst providing smooth & consistent flex patterns that make the Party Wave a favourite amongst the freeride community.

With Side Kick Tips, this new tech from Bataleon will enhance the performance of the 3BT base increasing side base uplift on the widest parts of the nose and tail. This creates incredibly smooth turn initiations and enhances overall board stability in rough terrain and in powder.
