About the Berghaus Expeditor Ridge 2.0
With all the technical benefits of their predecessor and a contemporary new look, the Berghaus Expeditor Ridge 2.0 Hiking Boots are the perfect all-year-round footwear, from light summer hikes to long winter treks.
The 1.6-1.8 mm corrected full grain leather upper provides long lasting, breathable comfort and support. The upper also has targeted foam positioning on the collar which aids the Enhanced Holding System, Berghaus' own 'heel-holding' technology to prevent sock slippage. A breathable, high abrasion air mesh cuff lets heat moisture out, whilst the DWR coating prevents rain and groundwater from getting in, which keeps you dry and reduces the chance of blisters.
These top-quality walking boots also have an impressive AQ air permeable membrane liner which is both waterproof and breathable, keeping your feet dry and fresh even on a mid-summer hike. Underfoot, the OPTI-STUD hiking outsole pattern provides exceptional grip and security through any terrain.
