At a relatively slender 90mm underfoot, the Orb Freebird is definitely one of the more piste and hardpack-oriented skis in the Black Crows lineup, and this being the case it's packed full of construction and technology to make it a powerful, aggressive, hard-charging bird.

The majority of the ski employs traditional camber, ensuring maximum stability and edge hold on tap. The tip feature a versatile and maneuverable rockered tip partnered with a slightly raised tail that just eases turn exit while still lending the ski a powerful traditional alpine feel.

Semi-cap construction helps the ski stay versatile- sidewall along the midsection of the ski add even more to the superb stability, with a Paulownia and fibreglass/carbon mixed core boosts weight reduction perfect for climbing.
