The Black Diamond Distance Carbon AR gives you a lightweight carbon trekking pole with a compact folding design and an Accessory Ready grip.
Built for fast-moving trail missions, it features an Accessory Ready grip that lets you attach components to transform the Distance Carbon AR into the structure poles for its fast and light hiking companion the Distance UL Shelter.
The Z-Pole rapid deployment system assembles the 3-section shaft in seconds with 20cm of height adjustment to suit a wide range of users and challenging terrains. A push-button release collapses the pole to a travel-friendly 38cm. A lightweight EVA foam grip makes it comfortable to hold for long periods of time on the trail while the carbon shaft provides a minimal pack weight of just 388g.
The Distance Carbon AR also comes with interchangeable non-scarring rubber tech tips and carbide tech tips for on-trail versatility.
