About the Borealis Marauder
What is the Borealis Marauder good for?
Fly from one pillow to another with fluidity, jump off ledges with confidence, send big backside airs in the backcountry. On this board, everything is possible and progression is assured.
Who is the Borealis Marauder good for?
Ideal for the advanced rider who likes to charge every part of the mountain with finesse, it's a snowboard of supreme quality that will deliver serious power for serious riders who want a serious board.
When and where should the Borealis Marauder be used?
Take this thing for a ride anywhere on the hill, whether you're blasting through deep fresh pow, or charging the piste, this things rips and the reduced size makes it extremely nimble in even the tightest tree gullies.
How will some of the key features of the Borealis Marauder enhance my experience?
Constructed with a rapid DS4000 sintered base that will have you absolutely flying down the slopes, this thing is not for the faint hearted. The uber-fast base composition paired with the surfy directional shape makes for a seriously fun set up for deep days. The tapered shape and fish-shaped tail allow the back of the board to lightly sink in powder, giving you total control of your turns whilst helping create a lever-effect keeping the tip afloat.
Its short freeride shape, front rocker and fish-shaped tail make it easy to turn both on piste and in powder. The poplar, paulownia and bamboo UL Forest Core boosted with carbon beams offers mind-blowing pop and unrivalled dynamism.
Finally, the high-end construction, tail shield and Liquid Sidewalls make sure your board stays responsive and lively for many shred sessions to come.
Why choose the Borealis Marauder?
If you're after a freeride board that is fun as heck with unmatched charging capabilities thanks to the rapid DS4000 sintered base, then the Marauder should definitely be on your radar! It offers mind-blowing speeds faster than it takes to say it POW!
- Vibragum Topsheet - Top protective layer engineered to limit vibration and offer long lasting performance to your board
- Woodland Core - Sustainable wood for strength, flexibility, responsiveness, and natural damping properties
- DS4001 Sintered Base - Premium high-molecular density base is super fast on any terrain and snow temperature. High impact-resilience and great wax absorption
- Carbon Power Beams - Designed for each board’s needs. Whether the aim is to boost pop, stability, or precision, these beams are the central nervous system, making it more dynamic and swift
