About the Deuter Trail 26

The Deuter Trail 26 is a fully featured hiking bag with plenty of compartments. Most notably, it features a range of internal pockets that aid in compartmentalisation and organisation of your gear.

External pockets on the side provide easy access for water bottles or maps and compression straps allow the pack volume to be cinched down to increase stability. A stretch compartment on the inside of the back provides separate storage for wet clothing. Trekking pole loops are available to facilitate the transportation of poles when they aren't in use. An integrated rain cover protects your gear from rain and mud and is housed comfortably under the bag.

The Deuter Aircomfort System utilises a mesh backing that sits flush onto the back and reduces sweating by up to 25%. Combining both round and flat steel into the profile of the frame gives Deuter’s Flexlite system dexterity of motion and it is capable of transferring the weight effectively into the hip belts for load-bearing comfort. This semi-geodesic frame provides the backing for Deuter’s patented 3-sided ventilation system.

The Trail 26 is made from a combination of top quality fabrics. The base and front panels of the pack are made from Deuter’s Dynajin, a 420 denier and 210 denier nylon blend. The fabric is robust and coated in a premium Polyurethane, providing exceptional durability for hard wearing areas. The remainder of the pack is constructed from Deuter Pes, 600 den Polyester thread, a robust fabric suitable for a wide range of outdoor uses where durability is key. The conglomeration of these materials allows for maximum resilience on the Trail without adding unnecessary bulk and weight.
