Gentemstick boards originated in the powder-heavy lands of Niseko, Japan are the brain-child of legendary snowboarder and a surfer Taro Tamai. The board shapes often take heavy inspiration from the retro snowboards of the 80's along with modern surfboards, offering riders a floaty, surfy ride that feels like nothing you have experienced before. The Fly Fisk uses Gentemstick's Acceleration Camber, which features flat from the widest point of the nose to the front foot, before going into positive camber in the middle to the tail. Incredibly, applying weight to the board pushes the camber arc down and subsequently lifts the nose. This gives the board next-level float and pin-point control, even in the deepest of snow.
