How will some of the key features of the GNU Ladies Choice enhance my experience?
To provide control, easy turning, the Ladies Choice incorporates an Asym twin shape. This consists of symmetrical nose and tail shape combined with an asymmetrical sidecut. Gnu incorporates a shorter heel-side contact length, a deeper heel sidecut, softer heel side flex, and asymmetric nose and tail shapes to accommodate this difference. Asymmetrical Balancing technology builds upon the concept that the human body is asymmetric and the mechanics of a heel turn and toe turn are completely different.
The C2X camber profile combined with Magne-Traction edge technology, which has seven points of contact that act like a serrated knife, provides unrivaled hold and edge control. GNU’s most aggressive snowboard profile is perfectly complemented by the Magne-Traction and is ideal for traditionalists and riders looking for power and control.
Manufactured with an Aspen/Paulownia wood core ensures the Ladies Choice is lightweight, and strong and keeps its environmental impact to a minimum. A Tri/Bi-ax fiber construction creates strong and lively pop with good torsional flex, a Sintered base provides low maintenance and glide and Birch Internal sidewalls enhance pop and strength.
An environmentally friendly bio-plastic top sheet has been used to keep the snowboard's environmental impact to a minimum. This also provides the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any top sheet in the industry. In addition, Eco Sublimated printing has been used to print the graphics, consisting of water-based ink rather than solvents adding to the snowboard's environmentally conscious construction.
