The Air Tech Evolution Ice Axe infuses Grivel's performance engineering with their trademark strength and handling to deliver a T-rated mountaineering ice tool for classic and technical alpinism.

The head is hot forged from a single piece of steel with an ergonomic shaft and rubber grip for added traction and comfort. A gentle curve just below the head allows greater clearance in tight spots and permits easier anchoring in varied terrain. The hot forged base point penetrates tough snow conditions for anchor points and offers support on approaches.

The Air Tech Evolution comes equipped with the Grivel adjustable Long Leash featuring a soft rubber wrist support and tip protector.
