Yes, very comfortable and supports feet very well not allowing any excessive foot pronation. They're quite light and nicely designed. So far seem to be totally waterproof. I find boot sizing difficult, I range from some being size UK9 and 9.5 but went for a UK10 here which works well with thicker socks. I'd say go at least half a size up on your normal sizing.

I looked long and hard at options for replacing an old pair of Karrimor gore-tex walking boots. I took the plunge with the cascade boots and can honestly say they are a revelation- super comfortable from day one, no breaking in required (which was a real worry - who wants to hobble about in pain in order to achieve a good fit?), they are also super lightweight and appear very well made indeed. I bought them for fishing use, so long walks across wet and often muddy conditions and they have been superb. No overheating either which was a concern. The fit is true to size for me - size 9 normal shaped feet. It’s the first time I’ve purchased from Absolute Snow, great price and next day delivery with communication regarding order picking and shipping too. All in, very impressed with the boots and the shopping experience.
