The 32 sits as the smallest member of the Altus range, but is fully featured to cope with any activity you throw it at. It is the perfect backpack for those who live life in motion from day to day.

Aircontour + forms the backbone of Altus. A new revolutionary back system that uses laminated dual-density moulded EVA foam with a mesh backer to promote exceptional airflow for sublime comfort. The back length is completely adjustable so the pack can be tailored to your height. A complete wrap-around hip belt guarantees optimum load transfer to enhance what Lowe Alpine describes as “Carry perfection”.

The women's specific fit, is tailored for the female anatomy. A shortened frame combined with a contoured hipbelt and shoulder straps ensures a more comfortable fit for female users.

With an array of features Altus will enable you to tackle the most challenging of mountain escapades. An extendable top lid allows you to carry that little bit more, for those trips which require additional equipment. An array of lashing points is supplemented by both Headlocker axe and TipGripper walking pole attachment loops for those all-important 4 season pieces of hardware.

Safety is paramount in the backcountry. Altus has an SOS panel located under the top-lid, cause in an emergency you have to react fast. The panel features first aid and signalling essentials in an easy to read format. A whistle built into the sternum strap is another emergency essential for adventures in the mountains.

The small-sized 32L pack is a top-loader with plenty of space for gear. A Zippered lid pocket can be used to store smaller essentials and a small security pocket with a key clip keeps those valuables safe.

Stretch mesh side pockets easily swallow large water bottles and for those who prefer the pack does feature a hydration system sleeve for bladders up to 3 litres. A front elasticated dump pocket keeps wet and dirty kit away from contaminating kit on the inside of the pack, whilst keeping items close at hand.

210D Robic Ripstop found on the face of the pack provides a fabulous weight to strength ratio, while 420D PW is used on hard wear areas to promote durability and wear resistance. The conglomerate of the fabric ensures that Altus can keep up with the demands of long mountain days or traverses across the terrain.

The Altus32 is an ideal backpack for day long adventures and can be used in a pinch for an overnight escape. It is perfect for those adventurers who require an all-mountain pack to tackle trails.
