Whether you're a hiker, camper, long-distance trekker or weekend angler, the MSR PocketRocket® 2 Mini Stove Kit delivers a compact single-person stove and cook set for all outdoor adventures.
The PocketRocket 2 stove is a consumer favourite in its class. The lightweight burner offers speed and efficiency with a 1L boil time of just 3.5 minutes. Features include a WindClip™ windshield which divides the burner head into 3 sections to boost efficiency and ensure a consistent flame in windy conditions. A regulated valve delivers precision flame control to take you from simmer to boil with a simple twist.
The 0.75L pot is ideal for boiling water for tea and coffee, and heating single-pouch meals. For added efficiency, it doubles as an eat-and-drink vessel and comfortably nests the stove and a 113g MSR fuel canister when on the move. A 0.4L BPA-free bowl nests snugly on the outside for added convenience.
The 278g weight makes it barely noticeable in your pack, letting you take it everywhere and anywhere - ideal for campers, backpackers and bikepackers who love fast cooking times on the go. The PocketRocket 2 gas burner can be used as either your main stove or as a handy backup ensuring you’re never caught out in the middle of nowhere with no way to heat your food and water.

I took them on a 3 day hike in Yorkshire and was very disappointed with the MSR Pocket Rocket. I bought a new 4 oz fuel canister to go with it, but it ran out after 2 uses and struggled to boil water. My friend had a different stove which he's used on a few hikes and its canister is still going strong. I made sure the burner was securely fitted on the canister and didn't waste unnecessary fuel etc. I'd like to return it/get a refund.
