About the Nidecker Escape

The Nidecker Escape Splitboard is inspired by Nidecker’s high-performance models but offers a softer and more comfortable all-mountain ride. This board is perfect for spending the whole day out on the mountain cruising and riding anything that comes your way.

Constructed with Nidecker's Master Core that uses a mix of poplar, beech, spruce, and paulownia, the super light core results in a superior weight-to-performance-to-power ratio, and an ultra-strong, uber-responsive, yet lightweight snowboard. Mix this with some Premium Sandwich construction and directional camber and the result is an all-mountain board that will give you a big confidence boost and have you dominating the whole mountain with style and control.

An Absorbnid top layer absorbs any unwanted vibration, and a Triax plus fibreglass laminate with a 45 ° orientation to the board provides consistent torsional flex and even more reactivity.

Escape Split features an N-7000 sintruded base with added carbon nanoparticles, a 10mm setback stance and mid-stiff flex so you can truly take advantage of your board in the best way possible.

The nose and tail feature an early-rise rocker which smooths out turn initiation and keeps you floating effortlessly through deep snow.
