Professional skateboarder Shane O'Neill gets his first signature shoe on Nike SB. The Shane is an overall lightweight skate shoe that prides itself on versatility, durability, and style. When he was first offered a pro model he said it couldn’t get better than the famous Janoski model. Apparently, he was wrong! He now has his own take on this classic shoe, with a clean-looking high tape version.

While the Nike Swoosh is placed in the usual position on the sidewall, on Shane’s rendition, it is slightly smaller and stylishly outlined, keeping the shoe looking super clean. Inside the shoe, a Nike Zoom Air unit is located in the heel to provide the wearer with a lightweight and responsive cushioning that snaps back upon impact during hard landings, right where you need it most. No more heel bruises and nothing but superior comfort and support.

In contrast to the Janoski silhouette, the Shane has removed the contrasting on the high tape to emphasise Shane’s favourite part of the shoe and to give the illusion that it is even higher, but still providing unmatched protection.

Constructed with a flexible vulcanised outsole that keeps your feet low to the ground for better grip as well as an impeccable board feel, you’ll be the king/queen of the session! Overall, the Shane from Nike SB is an ultra-clean rendition of the Janoski and something that is clearly unmatched in terms of new-gen skate shoes.
