The alcohol-based formula allows for improved drying performance of the hands, improving your "sticking" ability on technical problems, with the added addition of sterilising your fingers. Once the liquid has dried, the powered base of the chalk prevents perspiration percolating through the pours on your hands, allowing one to retain a drier grip for longer.
