About the Salomon Highpath Split

The Salomon Highpath Split will help you push your limits to the max when touring the mountain! This new fantastic splitboard is built with an arsenal of high tech features making it perfect to ride in powder and offers maximum agility in any snow scenario, allowing you to go with the flow in style, while boasting eco-friendly materials to help pave the way for a more sustainable future.

The Tapered Directional shape and Quadratic Sidecut enables riders to get quick edge-to-edge transition when riding and helps riders to not only effortlessly float through powder, but also remain stable when back on the trails. Built with Salomon's 50% recycled Sintered base, this slick base offers a superb balance between speed and durability ensuring good wax retention to keep you speeding down the mountain.

The Highpath Split comes with custom POMOCA skins along with a specific bag that lets you fold the skin back in just a couple of seconds so you don’t have to struggle even when conditions are less than perfect. Salomon has used PLUM hooks, specifically made for high-performance splitboarding with an asymmetric profile to guarantee a perfect link between all the parts.

The Highpath's Rock Out camber profile is flat between the feet for stability, cambered under the feet for response and rocker out towards the nose and tail for a extra float in deep snow.

The Highpath features ABS Sidewall's to act as suspension improving landings, smooth out chatter and increase the board's durability.

Salomon's Popster tech shapes the core to maximise the natural snap of the wood. To do this the wood core is thicker at the centre of the board then tapers out to thinner sections then thickens again towards the nose and tail, this creates an insane amount of powerful pop! For even more reliable pop, Ghost Basalt Stringers are placed from tip to tail sewn into a triaxial layer. This will enhance stability, control and dampening at high speeds for easy manoeuvrability.

Complete with a topsheet made from castor beans and recycled materials in the base and edges, the Highpath is a fun, high-performance splitboard board packed with eco-friendly tech for a more sustainable riding experience.
