Bought this lid in a summer sale, so got a great price. Just used it for a week in early Feb. Weather unseasonably warm, so did actually find it a bit hot, even with vents open. I got a visor helmet because I am a glasses wearer. Visor comes down leaving enough room. No misting. Only thing I would like changed would be removeable ear bits for hot days. One cold day and it was toasty warm :) Not sure how to change lens if it ever gets damaged. There's a schematic diagram, but I couldn't suss it out. Great purchase.
