The QST Lumen 99 is a women's specific all-mountain ski from Salomon's beloved QST range. This range of Ski is packed with technology and designed to break down the barrier between piste and backcountry and allow riders to take on whatever terrain they can find!
At the wider end of the range the Lumen 99 model is aimed primarily at the more experience skiers focused on exploring the entire mountain and are comfortable on groomed slopes as they are in hunting for deeper snow. The wider waist, combined with confidence-boosting stability thanks to the integration of Salomon's exclusive Cork Amplifier technology in the tip that more advanced skiers will appreciate on groomers as this ski will perform well on charging carves at speed.
When delving into more varied conditions, the rockered tip will aid smoother turn initiation, better flotation & easily roll edge to edge and allow the ski to cruise over crud, slush and soft snow. The tips are also lightweight and manoeuvrable at speed thanks to the tapered shape, where the ski will also display strong stability thanks to traditional camber underfoot and a new tip-to-tail carbon powered C/FX layer takes this supercharged construction to a level, for increased power and edge grip.
