About the Salomon Vaya GTX

Salomon introduces the Vaya GTX Women's Hiking Shoe, their first female-focused design that has been built from the ground up. From summer trails and lazy evenings travelling the world, this lightweight and comfortable shoe can tackle it all.

The Vaya GTX offers support around the ankles whilst maintaining flexibility. A flexible upper right is specifically tailored for a woman's higher instep, and a narrower heel makes for a better fit around the back of the foot.

The Vaya also includes innovative SensiFlex™ technology consisting of two stretch panels that support the natural expansion and flex of the feet, helping you stay agile. In addition, a soft and plush collar eases impact around your ankles and prevents rubbing.

The upper is lined with a Gore-Tex waterproof membrane and sturdy mesh for all the support and protection you need when tackling tough and challenging conditions. Underlying it all is the Contagrip® sole with a lug pattern which provides reliable grip on a range of surfaces - wet or dry - by balancing both the geometry and the rubber compound to deliver confidence and durability whatever's beneath your feet

The Salomon Vaya GTX Women's Hiking Shoe is great as an all-mountain shoe but also as a casual everyday commute shoe. Its lightweight, flexible design makes it comfortable to wear on a day-to-day basis while its technical features can tackle all kinds of activity.
