The 2020 Salomon Villain snowboard is a team favourite that's packed with great technology for a smooth ride and a fun & forgiving camber profile to keep the villain extremely versatile. Designed to ride the whole mountain and excel in the park, no matter what terrain you ride the villain is happy in all conditions it comes across!
The villain uses salomon's most popular camber profile, Rock out camber. This profile is flat between the feet for stability, with camber under the feet for response and rocker out towards the nose and tail for a forgiving ride and a little extra float in deep snow. Built using the Aspen Select Core and Popster Booster construction the Villain has added strength, durability, natural snap and powerful pop.
The Villain features Salomon's super fast Sintered base, to ensure speed in pow, on groomers, slush and when you want to avoid getting stuck on the flats! It's Slingshot sidewalls have carbon inlays as well that allow the board to load and release energy effectively when popping or pressing.
Salomon's revolutionary Quadralizer sidecut on the Villain offers a blend of Salomon's Equalizer and Quadratic sidecuts for ultimate high speed carving and superior technical edge control at low speeds, giving you the best of both worlds. A Triaxial fibreglass construction on the Villain also helps to ensure durability, response and longevity.
This board, co-developed with Louif Paradis is popular with most of the Salomon snowboard team and is ideally suited to riders of all abilities who want a versatile snowboard that can ride anything!
