Customer Services Assistant | Full Time

Head Office, Watford, WD24 4YW

Working alongside our team of passionate employees, the customer services assistant is responsible for delivering first class customer service via telephone, email and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer inquiries

  • Liaising with couriers to ensure deliveries arrive on time

  • Processing multi channel inquiries via our internal messaging system

  • Replying to customer inquiries via social media

  • Processing customer returns

  • Helping to recommend product to our customer base

Key Skills:

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Good computer literacy

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge and passion for the sports we work in is preferred but not essential

  • A 'love what you do' attitude

  • Friendly, passionate and approachable demeanor

We have a team-based culture and everyone is expected to ‘muck in’ and help out on a very wide variety of tasks, as and when the need arises. For some positions, Saturday working will be required. For all positions overtime is likely to be required during busy periods. Even our Managing Director has been known to pack parcels at Christmas! Our team spirit and team based working practices make it a fulfilling and exciting place to work. All salaries will be based on experience and qualifications.
