Do you have a shop?

Yes we do! Ours is a Cyber Shop.  Please Book an Appointment if you would like to pay us a shopping visit.  If you simply want to collect or return an order, no appointment is needed.  Address | Opening Hours.

How quickly can you deliver?

We offer a Same Day Delivery service.

For other orders, please order before 2:00pm for same day despatch, Monday to Friday.

If it is after 2:00pm, please message or phone because we may still be able to same day despatch your parcel.

Sorry, we do not despatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.

We offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery, with a Saturday delivery option.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is the only guaranteed delivery service; no courier options come with a guaranteed delivery time.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we deliver to almost every country in the world. To get a delivery quote:

1. Add items to your shopping basket

2 Click on the 'Delivery Quote' button at the bottom of your basket

3. Select your country

You will be presented with all available delivery options, timings and costs. If your country is not listed please drop us a message and we can prepare a customised quote for you.

Is everything stock?

Yes, almost everything on our website is in stock and ready to ship but there are exceptions so please check availability, displayed just below the price on each product page.

We list some products on our website before they come into stock so that customers can pre-order. 

Not all products are available to view in our shop because they may be held in one of our satellite warehouses.  This applies to all water sports products plus a few others. You can check availability just below the price on each product page.

Can you place a special order for me?

Yes, subject to availability.

Please drop us a message and let us know what you would like.

We'll need to know the make, model, size and colour (if you have a link to the product you can send this through) and whether or not you have a second or third choice should your first choice not be available.

We'll contact our supplier and be in touch as soon we hear from them.

Will you price match?

Yes! Simply find the product on our website, click the 'price match' link and follow the instructions, we'll do the rest!  More Information

Can I reserve an item?

Yes, you can reserve any item or an entire shopping basket by placing a 20% deposit online. Please Click Here for more information on how our deposit scheme works.

Can I pay by phone?

Yes but please get an order reference number first by proceeding through checkout.

Your order reference number can be found on the final summary page (just before online payment) and will begin with an “R”.

Please quote your order reference number when you phone.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we cannot take telephone payments if your delivery and billing addresses are not the same, or if you are calling from a country outside of the UK.

My credit card didn't work, how can I pay?

My order has not arrived, where is it?

If we have sent you a "despatched" email then your parcel is definitely on its way and should arrive soon.

Your dispatch email contains information about the estimated delivery date and the tracking of your parcel.

If you cannot find the email, please log into your account where all emails have been saved.

If you log in you will also to be able to review your order history and the status of all orders placed.

How do I return an item?

Has my return been processed yet?

If you used our returns label we will send an email receipt as soon as your parcel arrives at our warehouse. If you did not use our returns label, I am sorry but we are unable to confirm receipt until your parcel has been processed. Instead, please track your parcel with your chosen courier.

We aim to process returned parcels within 5 working days of receipt. As soon as we process your parcel we will email you. Please allow us a little extra time during busy periods - December and January in particular as these are our busiest months for returns!

Can I make a warranty claim?
