Working alongside our team of passionate employees, the Front of House Assistant is responsible for delivering first class customer service face to face with our customers that have come to use our shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and industry visitors and directing them within the building
Checking customers out of our shop – handling cash/card payments and using our order system
Managing our meeting room diary
Managing our shop appointment diary
Processing customer returns
Ensuring a clean and tidy working environment is upheld at all times
Key Skills:
Organised and easy to communicate with
Ability to work independently aswell as part of a team
Good computer literacy
Must be a team player
Knowledge and passion for the sports we work in is preferred but not essential
A keen eye for detail
Friendly, passionate and approachable demeanor
We have a team-based culture and everyone is expected to ‘muck in’ and help out on a very wide variety of tasks, as and when the need arises. For some positions, Saturday and Sunday working will be required. For all positions overtime is likely to be required during busy periods. Even our Managing Director has been known to pack parcels at Christmas! Our team spirit and team based working practices make it a fulfilling and exciting place to work. All salaries will be based on experience and qualifications. Having identified preferred candidates, we intend on making job offers which will not be turned down!
