The Boarding Company Limited (trading as Absolute-Snow Absolute-Sports) is a digital first ecommerce company, specialising in adventure sports.
We started in 2004 and are constantly evolving, but our ambition for the company still remains the same as it did on day one: provide the very best equipment to the core adventure sports enthusiasts, and be the very best at it online.
We operate a 20,000 sqft distribution centre in Watford, which is also home to our head office known as Base Camp. We pride ourselves on our broad range of products, knowledge and expertise.
Our staff all enjoy the great outdoors in some form and that passion is what shines through to our loyal customers. We love what we do and hope you can join us on our next adventure.

Our Location
All Vacancies are at our Head Office "Base Camp" site in Watford, Hertfordshire - which is just off the M1 Junction 5 and inside London Oyster card zones 7-8.
It is a 15 minute walk to Watford Junction or Watford North mainline stations, which are 20 minutes to London Euston.
