On 18th May 2018 we will permanently close our shop and warehouse in Hemel Hempstead. It will be a sad day but the good news is we're opening a bigger and better facility just down the road in Watford. The Watford shop will open on 16th July 2018.  To help make the move and to clear us out of as much stock as possible we have launched a massive CLOSING DOWN SALE for our Hemel Hempstead operation.  This is our biggest ever sale by a long, long way. Grab yourself a bargain while you can and help us out in the process. The more gear we sell, the easier our move will be so please tell all of your friends and family.  We'll announce the location of the new shop just before it is due to open - sign up to our newsletter to be kept informed.  Sorry, during the transition period we will not have a shop and will not be able to accept visitors or customer returns in person.  You will still be able to return items by completing our returns form and awaiting instructions on where to send you parcel. Is everything in stock?

To check availability, please open the full product description page and, just below the price, it will tell you everything you need to know. Yes, almost everything on our website is in stock and ready to ship but it is worth double checking if you are planning a visit because 1) Some items are held in one of our satellite warehouses and not the warehouse behind our shop.  2) We list some items on the site before they arrive in our warehouse so customers can pre-order. 

Can I pay by telephone?

Yes, if you are having problems paying online. Please proceed through checkout until you have been given an order reference number and quote this number when you phone.  Sorry, for security reasons, we cannot take telephone payments if your delivery and billing addresses are not the same. 

Can you order something for me, which is not listed on your website?

Yes, subject to availability. Please drop us an email and let us know what you would like. We'll need to know the make, model, size and colour and whether or not you have a second or third choice should your first choice not be available.

Will you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we deliver to almost every country in the world. For a delivery quote:

1. Add items to your shopping basket

2 Click on the black 'Delivery Quote' button at the bottom of your basket

3. Select your country

You will be presented with all available delivery options, timings and costs. If your country  is not listed please drop us an email and we'll prepare a customised quote for you.

My parcel is urgent - how quickly can you get it to me?

Order by 2:00pm for same working day despatch. If you are too late, please email or phone because we may still be able to dispatch your parcel for you.  When you checkout select 'Royal Mail Special Delivery'  for guaranteed next day or select  'Courier Next Day' but please be aware that whilst very reliable, courier next day is not guaranteed. Will you price match?

Yes! Simply find the product on our website, click the 'price match' link and follow the instructions, we'll do the rest! 

My credit card would not work, how can I pay?

My order has not arrived, where is it?

If we have sent you a "despatched" email your parcel is definitely on it's way and should arrive soon. This email contains information about the estimated delivery date and the tracking of your parcel. If you cannot find the email, please log into your account where all emails have been saved. If you log in you will also to be able to review your order history and the status of all orders placed.  

How do I return an item?

Please complete a returns form.  We will then send you instructions.  Instructions are not posted on our website because, depending on what you bought, the returns address varies.

Has my return been processed yet?

If you used our returns label we will send an email receipt as soon as your parcel arrives.  If you did not use our returns label, sorry, we are unable to confirm receipt until your parcel has been processed so instead please track your parcel with your chosen carrier.

We aim to process returned parcels within 5 working days of receipt.  As soon as we process your parcel we will email you. Please allow us a little extra time during busy periods - December and January in particular.

My product is faulty; can I make a warranty claim?

We aim to stock products of the highest possible quality but occasionally things can go wrong.  To check if you are covered under warranty, please check here

 

Our telephones are manned during during shop opening hours but they can get very busy so please email if you can. Email support is fast, efficient and often available outside opening hours.  Please have your order reference number ready so we can deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible. We are based in 2 different locations and are unable to transfer calls, so please be sure you dial the correct number:
