Our telephones are manned during during shop opening hours but they can get very busy so please email if you can. Email support is fast, efficient and often available outside opening hours. Please have your order reference number ready so we can deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible. Is everything in stock?
Yes! Everything on our website that has been listed as "in stock" is available to buy unless it specifically says otherwise. To check availability, please look on the product page, just to the right of the photos.
Can I place a telephone order?
We can only accept telephone orders if you are having problems placing your order online. This is because our telephone lines would become overloaded with calls! We cannot take telephone orders for GoPros, orders outside of the UK or if delivery is not to your billing address.
Can you order something for me, which is not listed on your website?
Yes, subject to availability. We do this for customers all the time but it does depend upon stock availability at our suppliers. Please drop us an email to let us know what you want. We'll need to know the make, model, size and colour and whether or not you have a second or third choice should your first choice not be available.
Will you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we deliver to almost any country in the world. If yours is not listed please drop us an email and we'll prepare a customised quote for you. For a delivery quote:

My parcel is urgent - how quickly can you get it to me?
Will you price match?
Yes! Simply find the product on our website, click the 'price match' link or banner and then follow the instructions, we'll do the rest!
My credit card would not work, how can I pay?

My order has not arrived, where is it?
If we have sent you a "despatched" email your parcel is definitely on it's way and should arrive soon. This email contains information about the estimated delivery date and the tracking of your parcel. If you cannot find the email, please log into your account where all messages have been saved. If you log in you will also to be able to review your order history and the status of all orders placed.
How do I return an item?
Please complete a returns form. We will then send you instructions. Instructions are not posted on our website because, depending on what you bought, the returns address varies.
Has my return been processed yet?
If you used our returns label we will send an email receipt as soon as your parcel arrives. If you did not use our returns label, sorry, we are unable to confirm receipt until your parcel has been processed so instead please track your parcel with your chosen carrier.
We aim to process returned parcels within 5 working days of receipt. As soon as we process your parcel we will email you. Please allow us a little extra time during busy periods - December and January in particular.
My product is faulty; can I make a warranty claim?
We aim to stock products of the highest possible quality but occasionally things can go wrong. To check if you are covered under warranty, please check here
