Bought for my first-ever walking holiday and DEFINITELY worth having. The arch support in particular made a huge difference: up to 14 miles daily, walking over various types of terrain, was achieved without sore, aching or tired feet or any back strain at the end of each day. They can be cut down to size if a little big, slipped easily in and out of different shoes, and washed gently as and when. I now keep them permanently in my trainers and will probably buy a second pair for other shoes before too long.
