Single ski bags are big enough to carry a single Pair of Skis and a pair of Ski Poles plus they can accommodate a few smaller items like Ski Gloves, Ski Socks, Ski Hats, etc but not much else - your Ski Boots and Ski Helmet simply will not fit! Remember, choose a single ski bag of the correct length for your skis - too long and you’ll have a big saggy overhang at either end of the skis (not really an issue - it just looks a bit odd) ; too small and your skis will not fit! Some ski bags have adjustable lengths for this very reason. A single ski bag usually has enough space for you to wrap your skis in cardboard and/or bubble wrap to provide an extra layer of protection during transit but this is not really necessary in most situations. Some people wrap their skis in their Ski Jacket and / or Ski Pants to save on Luggage space and to protect their skis but, remember, skis have very sharp edges which can easily cut or damage anything they rub against.
