How to Measure Your Hand Size

Run a soft tape measure all the way around the widest part of your hand, just above the knuckles and under your thumb.

Measure fairly loosely, not pulling the tape too tight.

Repeat the process on both hands and use the larger of the two measurements.

If you plan on wearing wrist guards under your gloves, then choose gloves one size larger than your hand size.

If you are buying gloves with integrated wrist guards there is no need to go up a size. Simply measure your hand size as normal.
