How to Measure Your Knee

Wear just an undergarment or nothing at all.

Stand up with your legs straight.

For Measurement A: Pass a soft tape measure around your leg 4 inches (10 cm) above the center of your knee. The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.

For Measurement B: Pass a soft tape measure around your leg 4 inches (10 cm) below the center of your knee. The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.
