How to Measure Your Waist & Inseam

Wear just an undergarment or nothing at all.

Stand up straight with your arms hanging by your sides and breath normally.

Run a soft tape measure around your waist just about in line with your navel. The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.

With your feet shoulder width apart, ask someone to help you to measure from your inner pelvis to the floor

The Fit

Generally Nomis pants come up larger than you would expect as they are designed to be worn baggy. If you prefer a slightly more fitted look and you are between sizes, we would recommend you choose the smaller size.
