A ski gilet or body warmer is a sleeveless insulator style vest, worn either underneath a Ski Jacket or as an outer layer in milder conditions. Most ski gilets are similar to Ski Puffer Jackets (only without any sleeves) and are usually made with duck or goose down and feathers (or man made hollow fibre insulation like Thinsulate by 3M) inside a quilted nylon outer shell.
