So iLL climbing shoes have blown up in the US and we are happy to bring them across the pond for UK climbers to get a piece of the action.

The Street climbing shoe ironically stands out of the crowd for being an all black shoe. It takes its design inspiration from the fashionable day to day street footwear where black is often the new black.

Awesome understated stealth looks aside, the Street is equipped for performance too. It is the softest aggressive shoe in the So iLL range with a downturned profile and tensioned heel. A thin midsole makes the overall weight of the Street nice and light. It also offers a sensitive fit so your feet can feel out the terrain under them. Two velcro straps will enable the shoe to be comfortably and easily strapped up to your preference. Constructed with synthetic materials, the Street is a durable shoe and will succumb to minimum stretch over time.

The Street is made with So iLL's specially sourced Dark Matter Rubber which was originally designed as a sticky sole for military grade shoes. If the rubber is good enough for the Navy Seals on their approaches, it's definitely good enough to push you up a grade or two!
